INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PAPER AND POSTER PRESENTATION

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

All oral presentations must not exceed 20 minutes and there will be a 10 minute discussion period allocated after each presentation. A PC and projector will be provided, as well as an overhead projector.

Presenting authors should prepare their presentations in "Powerpoint Show" (.pps) format and should approach one of the chairpersons of their session before the start of the session to load and inspect their files in advance of their talk.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster size

Please arrange presentation on a single A0 size paper (1189 mm high x 841 mm wide, portrait orientation). Velcro tape will be provided to attach the poster onto the display boards that will be provided.

Poster format

No specific formatting is required, but authors should ensure that the information and graphs on the poster are easily legible.

Posters can be put up anytime from 18:30 on Sunday 9 April until 12:00 Monday 10 April 2006 in the display boards provided; posters can remain on display throughout the conference, but should be removed by 14:00 on Wednesday 12 April.
